Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every TechValuator valuation slot. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all TechValuator orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, then choose "Request a refund".

Once a refund is approved, any unused valuation slots tied to the refunded transaction will be revoked automatically. Reports already generated remain available to you in your history.

If you have a question that the Paddle buyer portal cannot answer, Paddle support will route the request to us.
